Normal processing time for your order is 3-5 business days as each piece is individually handmade. 

For the current worldwide pandemic due to Covid-19, please be aware that shipping/delivery times will be delayed extensively due to the postal systems both in the UK and in your country. Apart from this not being in our control, we will endeavor to do everything we can do ensure that your order will be in good condition and will eventually arrive at your shipping address. 

UK:

All minimum £40 UK orders are eligible for free STANDARD (Non-Tracked) shipping.
Additional shipping options are available at cost.
We use Royal Mail to ship all orders. Royal Mail endeavors to deliver your order between 2 to 3 business days.
Approximate time for orders to reach UK customers is 5 to 8 business days.

International:

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, then by a partner courier in your country.
Additional shipping options are available at cost.
Royal Mail endeavors to deliver your order between 5 to 7 business days.
From personal experience, it is closer to approximately 2 weeks.
Approximate time for orders to reach international customers is 3 to 4 weeks.
These time scales are only estimates and in no way a guarantee.
Royal Mail has provisions to cover lost items from £20, and will process claims after 25 business days.

International customers are responsible for import duties and customs fees as these are collected by your respective government.
